In this course, students are exposed to different types of rhythm and dances – Philippine and foreign folk dances in order to lead them to discover the historical background and compare the nature, characteristics and movements of one dance with those of another. (2 units)

P. E. 3 Practical (Individual, Dual Sports and Games)
A study on individual and dual sports, specifically tables tennis which is a popular indoor game. It deals with the history of table tennis, the different skills used such as the strokes, footwork, grip, stances, and manner of receiving and/or returning the ball.
It also includes the study of the rules of the game so that students may learn not only how to play but also how to officiate the game. (2 units)
